Luigi Trucchi was born in Camporosso Italy and spent the next 20 years watching and learning from some of the best Italian cooks in the world --  Mamma Rosina, Nonna Rosa, his sister Rossella, his neighbors Guiseppi, Tina and Renzo -- as they created wonderful Italian Mediterranean dishes every day.

For the next 20 years of his life, Luigi traveled around the world working in restaurants on cruise ships and several locations in Monaco,  Beverly Hills, La Jolla and Del Mar (as well as operating his own restaurant  "Luigi's" in Bay Ho). 

Luigi is now available to provide his extensive knowledge and skill with Italian cuisine and Italian products to cater your special event
